Privacy notice

Last updated 28 October 2026. This notice explains how DogwoofAI (dogwoof.ai) collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Who we are

DogwoofAI (dogwoof.ai) is operated by Dogwoof Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore. For any privacy question or request, contact our Data Protection Officer at comms@dogwoof.ai.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as details of a story or project.

The contact form: what you type is passed to our form provider, Web3Forms (servers in the United States), which emails it to us at comms@dogwoof.ai. Web3Forms says it does not store form submissions and deletes its server logs periodically. This website does not store your message, and the form uses no cookies or tracking.

When you visit this website: our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

When you use StoryOS or work with us: the account and project details needed to provide the service. Research material you bring stays yours and is handled under a separate agreement.

How we use it

We use personal data only to reply to you, provide and improve our services, keep our systems secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your material to train AI models without your consent.

Consent and withdrawal

By contacting us or using our services, you consent to the uses above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We will tell you what withdrawal means for any service we provide, and then stop using your data for that purpose.

Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business (such as hosting, email and AI providers), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires. Some providers are outside Singapore. When data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to the PDPA.

Protection and retention

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Sensitive research material can be kept on your own machines rather than ours.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used in the past year, and ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days.

We may update this notice. The latest version will always be on this page.
